- Frozen greens

Eggnog Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen greens, spinach, kale, broccoli
- 2-3 dates
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 scoop PurePaleo Protein, vanilla, or another gut friendly protein powder*
- 1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk, unsweetened*
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients using a high-powered blender.
- Pour into your favourite smoothie cup and enjoy!

- For a rich and creamy smoothie, use canned full fat coconut milk. Add 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk + 1/2 cup water.
