Hi! I'm Jennifer DiGregorio

Personal health and educating others on their health and wellness have been passions of mine for many years.

The knowledge I have gained and lessons I have learned in my journey with IBS, weight struggles and other more serious health conditions have allowed me to help others in their journey back to health. You can learn more about me, my background and my health journey below.

My mission is to help women heal their gut, lose weight and feel great through simple and delicious smoothies, whole food nutrition & healthy lifestyle habits.

My Story

I’m going to take you back in time, to my younger years, and have you picture this … I’m a 24 year old personal trainer with a degree in Kinesiology. I practice what I preach by eating a ‘healthy diet’ and exercising daily. Looking at me, you would probably think – “This girl has got her $#!% together.”

Now, let me draw the other half of this picture for you … I’m 24 and struggling with muffin top, along with this general look and feel of ‘puffiness’. I experience major gas and bloating on a regular plus I’m backed up like a malfunctioning septic tank – diagnosed as IBS.

The only thing I look forward to when I get out of bed in the morning, is going back to bed at the end of my day. Although I look young, healthy and in-shape on the outside, I feel like crap on the inside.

As you can clearly see now, I had some issues. The thing is, I never thought to dive deeper into these issues back then because they seemed like ‘normal’ things that most people walking through life dealt with. So instead, I left my issues on the back burner and moved on with life… until one day I found out that a fire had started and I didn’t even know.

About Me

I'm an honours graduate in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto.

I co-founded Healthletica, a hot yoga + wellness studio in Caledon, ON. I now manage and develop this amazing space in addition to my work as a health coach.

I run a FREE smoothie challenge that guides people through a simple and natural approach to weight loss & better health.

I love geeking out the the latest research in gut health, weight loss & more. Everything I do and preach is backed by good science which means I can better help my clients achieve their goals.

I create recipes that contain healthy whole food ingredients and are free of gluten, grains, refined vegetable & seeds oils, soy and dairy (with the exception of a few recipes).

I enjoy the simple things in life ... Going for a long walk or motorcycle ride; spending time with my favourite people; rolling around in freshly washed sheets; reading a great book; the smell of fresh basil; the feel of sun beating on me through the car window on a cold winter day; singing off tune to 80s music; everything about the beach--including salt water stinging my eyes.
