- Chicken drumsticks
- Avocado oil
- Dried parsley
- Onion powder
- Sea salt
- Black Pepper

Easy Baked Drumsticks
- 2 lbs chicken drumsticks, pastured
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- Toss chicken drums and oil in a bowl.
- Add all spices and coat drums in seasoning.
- Place on baking dish and bake at 425 F for 45-minutes.
